Overview

Lystica Cloud AI helps you generate email marketing copy using AI. When you use it, you provide prompts and receive AI-generated content. We are committed to transparency about how that data is stored, processed, and used and supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Key point: Your prompts and AI responses are stored in your account so you can revisit and reuse them. You can delete any chat at any time.

Data We Collect

When you use AI Creator, we capture:

Your prompts — The text you type when requesting content, stored in chat history
AI-generated responses — Stored alongside your prompts; you can copy, edit, or delete at any time
Account association — Your user ID links chats to your account; no sharing with other users
Timestamps — When each chat was created and updated

How Data Is Stored

Chat history is stored in Convex, our secure cloud database. Each chat is associated with your user account and is never shared with other users. Data is stored in a structured format (chat title, messages) with access restricted to your account only.

What we do not do:

•We do not use your prompts or responses to train AI models
•We do not sell or share your prompts or AI outputs with third parties for advertising or marketing

How Data Is Processed

When you send a prompt:

1You send a prompt from the AI Creator interface. It is transmitted securely (HTTPS) to our backend.
2Our API forwards your prompt to Hugging Face Inference to generate a response.
3The AI model (e.g. Llama 3.1 8B Instruct) generates text based on your prompt and our system instructions.
4The response is returned to you, and both your prompt and the response are saved in your chat history in Convex.

AI Provider: We use Hugging Face Inference API. Your prompt is sent to Hugging Face for processing per their Privacy Policy. Prompts are not used to train models.

How Data Is Used

Your prompts are used solely to generate email marketing copy for you. Stored chats let you revisit and reuse past prompts and responses.

Note: All output is AI-generated. Always review and edit before using in campaigns. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability for your specific use case.

Data Retention

Chat history is retained while your account is active. You can delete individual chats at any time from the AI Creator interface. Deleted chats are removed permanently and cannot be recovered.

When you delete your account, all AI Creator chats are permanently removed within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have full control over your AI Creator data:

Access

View all your chats and messages at any time

Delete

Delete any chat at any time; deletion is permanent

Control

Your data is yours; we do not use it for model training

Portability

Copy content from the interface; contact support for full export

Data Location & Transfers

Convex: Chat data is stored in Convex's cloud infrastructure. See their Privacy Policy.

Hugging Face: Prompts are transmitted to Hugging Face for inference. See their Privacy Policy.
